Safe Halloween ~ sponsored by the CITA: 10/28/11

On Octobler 28th, the Central Islip High School Student Council held its annual Safe Halloween. For a can of food and $2 per child, people from the community can bring their kids to the High School for some Halloween fun. They go from room to room doing many fun activities like decorating cupcakes or making scary fingers. For the fourth year, the CITA sponsored a room where kids came and did a foam craft. The room was a huge success due to the wonderful CITA members that volunteered their time to help out. Not only did the CITA sponsor a room, but we generously donated all the candy that was handed out that night! Way to go CITA!!!!
